GLESVideoMixer does not stop when app enter background

i reset the RtmpSession when app enter background, but that still crash the app.

what else clean up do i need?

Try resetting _sampleGraph in a method called when applicationWillEnterBackground is fired for now. I'll update the mixer so it pauses when backgrounded

Fix for this currently in the API branch. Will close when I merge it to master.
