(feature suggestion) Mobile support

Add support to mobile devices, such as tablets or phones.

In general, Graphene now looks apparently not functional in mobile browsers/low-res screens, see this link at browserstack of some screenshots of Graphene in mobile browsers, now.

Who agrees with me?

I agree :)
Actually had this task in my backlog, just didn't know people needed this kind of feature.
I think it should be manageable to do.
