Add dry-run request preview

Closes #141

Summary

• add --dry-run to print sanitized request metadata as JSON
• skip token provider setup and HTTP execution during dry runs
• report body source and byte count without printing body content

Validation

• go test -v -short .\src\internal\service .\src\internal\cmd
• mage preflight reached govulncheck, then failed because govulncheck is built with Go 1.25 while this repo requires Go 1.26
