Closed by the 2026-07-28 product pivot: Slack is the human interface, Hermes is the agent harness, and Muster is now the governed MCP/skills control plane. This issue belongs to the retired Muster chat UI, custom Slack gateway, or duplicate agent-runtime direction. Relevant governance ideas may be selectively salvaged under tracker #78.
