[BUG] QuickView can't render large HEIC file

Describe the bug
QuickView tries to open large (~ 107,5 Mb) HEIC file, but 10-11 seconds after it stops attempts to open it. The same file converted to other formats (JXL, AVIF, WebP, PNG) can be opened by the same QuickView version without any problem.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Download the sample image here:

2. Try to open it.

Expected behavior
The file is succesfully opened and properly rendered.

QuickView Version: 6.2.10
OS Version: Windows 11 23H2
CPU: Intel Core i7 14700k
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 4070
RAM: 64GB
Display: 2K
