Describe the bug
When open a big GIF, the timeline over the bottom bar does not matches the actual frame when it is draged back.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Open a big GIF
- Drag the timeline forward
- Drag the timeline backward and play it
Expected behavior
The instant frame of a GIF should strictly matches the timeline when it is draged back and forth.
