Error on installation

Successfully executed:
bench get-app rolevisibilitymodule https://github.com/jvfiel/RoleModuleVisibility.git

But cannot install app on version 8 erpnext:

frappe@ubuntu-1gb-nyc3-01:~/frappe-bench$ bench install-app rolevisibilitymodule
Could not find app "rolevisibilitymodule"

Show Hide Icons functionality is included by default in ERPNext. I was hoping this would hide the module from the side menu as well.
