Use StatefulSet instead of Deployment?

I think this generally suggested to use StatefulSet instead of Deployment when persistent storage is involved, and not just because DOKS own specific needs, but it's where I have kellnr & their clusterlint reported it:

that being said I haven't run into issues yet so think it still resolves itself eventually after upgrades etc. so probably not a major issue.

This would be very useful if you're trying to run multiple instances to avoid downtimes when updating the install and/or in case of node failure. it would, however, be a breaking change for anyone that keeps their data in a volume. And at least docs seem to be kept in a volume in any case.

ah yeah wouldn't want to introduce breaking change, and in reality it doesn't seem to be a major issue in practice for at least our install, just linter whines (and not critical level anyway that make it avoid auto-updates)
