Recipes are always rebuilt if they were not given in lowercase.

I didn't experience this myself, but an user reported the distribution being rebuilt every build, after investigation, they discovered it was because the requirements weren't all lowercase.

This was with buildozer, but should probably be handled on the p4a side.
