Cannot import 'scikit_build_core.build

for deal with the "16KB for google play" ,i change the ndk=28c. and branch=develop but it always failed

here is my spec:
requirements = python3==3.11.7,kivy==2.3.1,numpy,opencv,plyer,pyjnius,android
android.ndk = 28c
p4a.branch = develop

I think it maybe caused by numpy.

I try to set numpy==v2.3.0. This error can be dealed. But another error happened when build opencv v8a__ndk_target_28/opencv/modules/python/src2/cv2.hpp:36:10: fatal error: 'numpy/ndarrayobject.h' file not found

you can see，if i set numpy2.3.0, it may cause other problem .And if not set numpy2.3.0,it can not be build too

I also test this config “requirements = python3,kivy,numpy==v1.26.5,opencv,plyer,pyjnius,android” , and failed with "clang++: error: unknown argument '-version'; did you mean '--version'?" when build opencv

I have faced same problem with numpy & opencv & I also saw your comment in #3203 . For now the only solution which worked for me is: use ndk 25b, numpy 1.26.5 in local recipe (not in spec file), opencv 4.5.1 in local recipe. Reference code
