empty bootstrap missing build folder

p4a create --force-build command fails for bootstrap empty (I'm trying to create new recipes thus building them 1 by 1)

[DEBUG]:   running cp -r ~/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pythonforandroid/bootstraps/empty/build ~/.local/share/python-for-android/build/bootstrap_builds/empty
[DEBUG]:    /bin/cp: cannot stat ‘~/.local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pythonforandroid/bootstraps/empty/build’: No such file or directory

I worked around it by simply creating the missing empty build directory manually.

This is sort of deliberate, in that the empty bootstrap doesn't have anything to build anyway, though maybe this particular problem didn't exist when I added it.

It's all a bit of a hack anyway, I intend to add a simpler command to just build a specific recipe, though if you'd like to PR a simple fix for this then we'd be happy to merge it.
