Fixes pathing in some places, adds some utility methods/properties, adds support for rebuilding when installing compiled components to hostpython, and fixes use of
findto call cython (findwill always have a return code of 0 iffinditself worked - whether the-execpart worked or not is irrelevant, usingxargsinstead fixes this).
