No single issue matching that description exists on koad/sibyl. The actual record shows multiple individual closed issues filed on koad/sibyl (issues #1–10): separate briefs for competitive landscape, indie developer pain points, enterprise barriers, monetization models, sponsor landscape, etc. The post consolidates these into one fictional master brief. The underlying work is real; the issue narrative is invented.

This may be acceptable as narrative compression, but it is not an accurate description of how the assignment was structured. If readers check koad/sibyl issues to verify the claim, they will find it does not hold.

3. .env labeled "verbatim" but incomplete — REMOTE_NVM_INIT, KOAD_IO_BIND_IP, METEOR_PACKAGE_DIRS are omitted. Change "verbatim" to "key fields."

pre-invocation-context-assembly.md — NEEDS_REVISION

Two issues, one critical:

1. Critical: invocation path conflation. The article uses cd ~/.sibyl && claude as its example throughout, claiming the hook intercepts it and injects PRIMER.md. The hook does NOT run on direct claude invocations. The hook runs when the entity command (sibyl, juno) is invoked. Direct cd && claude bypasses the hook entirely — that is the ICM pattern, not the koad:io pattern. Replace all cd ~/.entity && claude examples with sibyl / juno (the entity command invocations).

2. PRIMER.md deployment overstated. Article claims "production across fifteen entities." At time of writing, only 3 entity root PRIMER.md files exist: ~/.juno/PRIMER.md, ~/.copia/PRIMER.md, ~/.lyra/PRIMER.md. ~/.sibyl/PRIMER.md — used as the primary example — does not exist. Revise scope claim.

All ICM citations (authors, institutions, 33 practitioners, McIlroy 1978, five-layer hierarchy) verified accurate against Sibyl's synthesis (2026-04-05-icm-synthesis.md).

trust-bonds-arent-policy.md — NEEDS_REVISION

Two targeted corrections:

1. GPG output shows wrong key. The simulated gpg --verify output shows key 16EC6C718A96D34448ECD39D92EA133C44AA74D8 (primary key). Actual output shows 20A74C1EC0B6A6B919E52D9B102038F7D06775AC (signing subkey). Readers who run the command themselves will see a different key ID. Replace with actual output — clarify that the subkey signs and the primary key fingerprint is the canonical identifier.

2. canon.koad.sh/juno.keys is 404. Article presents it as a live retrieval step. Domain resolves (Forgejo instance) but the path doesn't exist. Add a qualifier or verify it's live before publication.

Bond content, authorization scope, trust chain, GPG verification mechanics — all accurate.
