This PR adds Alvaro & myself to CR & CT admins.
Also removes fillzpp from controller-runtime-maintainers as he is approver not maintainer in https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/controller-runtime/blob/main/OWNERS_ALIASES#L19
(I"ll update the admin / maintainer lists in CR & CT once this PR is merged)
