Research question: Association between Hepatitis B virus infection and diagnosis of liver fibrosis

• Develop quantitative methods for analyzing data skills applied in public health topics benefiting epidemiology disciplinary research (identify exposure and outcome variables, perform statistical tests of association like

• identify public health problem, define subgroups/population of interest

• able to analyze exposure and disease association, distribution, and determinants of disease in populations to address health disparities concerns or visualize trends and patterns from data records, estimate measurements of disease spread exposure, evaluate outcomes to answer epidemiology question (Descriptive for disease occurrence study or Analytic for identify disease's cause/prevention)

• write statistical code in R, RStudio to evaluate from large infectious disease public datasets collected from 2017-2020 by NHANES to answer a research question focus, understand main effect and further improve diagnosis to benefit health policy research
