Settings - Missing API token

Observed behavior

When I go to Storage > Account I don't see the API token. There's a 500 error in the console for https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/api/deferred_user_data/

Expected behavior

The API token should be displayed

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://unstable.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Go to Settings > Account
