Occasional problems while copying a folder

Observed behavior

Sometimes after copying a folder with several resources it remains stuck in 'copying' state. I have to sign out and sign in again to see that the folder is actually copied. Note that if I have multiple windows open after I sign out I have to manually refresh some of them to see the correct state of the folders.

Expected behavior

Ideally the copying process should be improved so that this behavior is avoided.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to https://hotfixes.studio.learningequality.org/en/accounts/#/ and sign in
2. Create a brand new channel add some folders and upload several files in each folder
3. Copy one or several folders and observe the copying status
