Overview
Allow publishingnew versions of existing channels, as a draft version.
Description and outcomes
Currently channels can only be checked in Kolibri by publishing an updated version and importing - this updated workflow will allow channels to be published as a draft, to allow a new channel version to be tested in Kolibri without pushing it out to end users.
- Published channels can publish a new version as a draft
- When publishing a new, final, version of a channel, the previous version history is displayed to allow the version update text to be contextualized
- When a publish completes, if the channel has already been submitted to the Community Library, the user should be prompted to resubmit this new version also
