Migrate backend to litep2p instead of libp2p #3
Description
The long-term plan is to migrate the backend of the subp2p-explorer to the litep2p.
The strong point of litep2p is that it is faster than libp2p, built specifically for substrate networks, while libp2p maintenance will end soon.
