Scenrio.train.py is not working and gives a error in PythonAPI

I tried to execute a Python API
i get the below error

Can you please help me
I used the below tag and the simulator is compatible for this.
git checkout refs/tags/2021.3
BTW, it was working earlier 2 days ago. now it is giving error
