Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, liberlib Open Source ("Licensor") hereby grants you ("Licensee") a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the [SOFTWARE] software ("Software") solely for personal, educational, and non-commercial purposes.

• "Commercial Use" shall mean any use of the Software by a commercial entity or for-profit organization, or any use that generates revenue, directly or indirectly, including but not limited to consulting, SaaS platforms, or internal corporate tools.

Any redistribution of the Software (in its original form) or public display of projects utilizing the Software must include a clear and prominent attribution to the Licensor:

"Powered by [SOFTWARE] - Created by liberlib Open Source" A link to the original source repository must be provided in all documentation or "About" sections.

This License does not grant the Licensee any rights to the trademarks, service marks, logos, or trade names of the Licensor. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software shall remain the exclusive property of the Licensor.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
