This PR contains some minor word adjustments and the following:
CONTRIBUTING.mdgit hook was given theraw-win-handlefeature.CONTRIBUTING.mdwas updated to reflect a newer version ofcargo-edit.cargo updatefollowed bycargo upgrade --workspace --to-lockfile-- now our workflow is the default for the tool and can be done with justcargo upgrade. 🎉README.mdinforming everyone that Xilem is the future and Druid is discontinued.
