I think fully transparent color is useful addition, sometimes clearing out pixels is necessary

I hope not 👍 this is related to my PR in Druid: linebender/druid#1583 For transparent windows, clearing the BG requires transparent color. |

Fully transparent color is useful, e.g. clearing out certain areas of pixels
