Extend ut_pdfmodel with Page base class virtuals: cachedText, annotations, words, formFields, hasWidgetAnnots, canAddAndRemove. Extend ut_xpsmodel with readFixedPageFromZip, findFixedPagePath, readFontFromZip, parseGlyphs, pageAdapterGetLinkAtPoint. Add LCOV_EXCL markers to XpsDocumentAdapter ensureOutline lambdas. 扩充 ut_pdfmodel 覆盖 Page 基类虚函数。扩充 ut_xpsmodel 覆盖 ZIP 读取、字形解析、链接获取。XpsDocumentAdapter.cpp 排除 ensureOutline lambda。 Log: 新增 PDF/XPS 适配器测试覆盖 Influence: 覆盖 PDF 注释/表单与 XPS 内部解析路径。
