DciIcon 目前是异步加载的。界面显示出来的时候，图标还没加载出来，至少需要 dtk 支持同步加载。

另一个事情是，之前使用 Image 同步加载的时候导致了翻页卡顿，异步加载使得翻页的时候不会因为预载下一页的图标产生卡顿，所以这里也会涉及到 asynchronous 实时切换的问题。

这里目前没有比较好的解决方案，从小窗口变为全屏时候，调色板会从inactive变为active，这个时候icon一定会刷新一次。异步刷新就会出现这样的问题，目前考虑遗留。
