The Soniox TTS plugin now supports a speed parameter (range 0.7-1.3,
default 1.0) to control speech rate, but the README example did not
document this new option. A developer wanting to adjust speech rate
would not know the parameter exists from reading the documentation.

Introduced by commit 8d881f3 (@yui0303, #6339)
