This is a tracking issue of all semver-major changes to consider for @loopback/build version 2.0.0.

• Remove strong-docs [BREAKING] Replace strong-docs with tsdocs #3055
• Remove multi-dist support Remove support for multi-dist compilation (BREAKING) #3062
• Remove tslint Remove lb-tslint and related dependencies (BREAKING) #3063
• Maybe: Remove support for mocha.opts

Maybe: Remove support for mocha.opts

Personally, I'd prefer to keep support for test/mocha.opts as long as it's supported by Mocha. It also means less work for us right now.

I have discussed the issue with @raymondfeng on Slack, he agrees to keep support for mocha.opts.

+1 to keep mocha.opts until it’s officially deprecated by mocha
