Life Sciences Engineer | Python Developer | Neuroscience & Data Science
I am a Life Sciences Engineer and Python Developer specialized in neuroscience and neuro-engineering. I hold a Master’s degree from EPFL, where I focused on the intersection of mathematical modeling, machine learning, and clinical data.
Currently, I am a researcher at Charité Berlin within the Brain Simulation Section Lab. My work involves utilizing data-driven research and computational modeling to advance the field of personalized medicine.
- Programming: Python (Advanced), Mathematical Modeling, Time-Series Analysis.
- Data Science: Machine Learning, Anomaly Detection, Signal Processing.
- Domain Knowledge: Neuro-engineering, Wearable Technology, Brain Simulation, Health-Tech.
Developed an IMU-based wearable device designed to enable stroke patients to conduct physiotherapy autonomously at home. This involved processing movement data to provide feedback on rehabilitation exercises.
Developed a machine learning model to detect anomalies in building heating systems. By analyzing time-series sensor data, the model identifies inefficiencies and system failures to optimize energy consumption.
- Neuroscience & Wearables: I am deeply interested in how hardware and software integration can reshape modern healthcare and patient monitoring.
- Data Visualization: I prioritize the clear and aesthetic representation of complex data, bridging the gap between technical analysis and visual communication.
- Future Tech: I actively follow developments in personalized medicine and the application of AI in high-stakes health environments.
