Feat/layout mode complete

Proposed changes

With the tree and treeSelect component, the Layout Mode is now complete.
The charts Section will get a major refresh, so it is not yet reacting to Layout Mode.
Also, ImageEditor, Calendar, and MerMaid Charts are subject of future changes.

• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)
