Options:
  -h, --help     show this help message and exit
  -v, --verbose  Display more information while working.
  -l LOG_PATH    Specify a file to append log entries to.
  -d DIR         Specify the dir to store pdfs in.
  -c SECONDS     Run in a loop. (that sleeps for n seconds between checks).
  -f YEAR        The earliest year to check for changes.
  -r REGEX       Only check cases that match a specified regex. (nocase)
