SMTP Save button does not works

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to Admin/Global/SMTP
2. Change something
3. Click SAVE
4. nothing happend

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Linux
• Browser Brave
• Version 1.89.141 Chromium: 147.0.7727.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Expected behaviour
New settings will be saved

Version 2.8.12 (but debug--versoin says 11, because DB migrations was commited after 12 tag)
