please remove the poetry lock update. That are two separate things that should be handled separately. I will update whatever has an open dependabot PR and than updating the rest might make sense |

This patch fixes GitHub actions for me. I upgraded them to v4 and made few tweaks to keep everything working. I passed the safety tests by updating the
poetry.lockfile. Please tell me if this is acceptable or if anything else needs adjusting.
