Include TEE provider

Are you ok with including it in the addon? Will you accept PR or you prefer me maintaining my fork?

Hey @iBobik.

I had a go at implementing something that could possibly work. But I do not have a PPQ API key to test it with end-to-end.

What is in the new beta:

• Added an opt-in PPQ Private TEE Models setting in the add-on configuration.
• Added a masked PPQ API Key field.
• Starts the PPQ private-mode proxy internally on 127.0.0.1:8787 only, so it is not exposed on the network.
• Adds a PPQ Private (TEE) provider in OpenCode with the private model IDs from the pinned PPQ proxy package.

I published this as beta 2.0.3b0, so if you have a PPQ key and want to try it, I would really appreciate feedback on whether the proxy starts correctly and whether OpenCode can use the private models. Thanks for suggesting this!

Hi, just i quick clarification:
You just deployed that TEE proxy without testing it with real API keys? Do you have any proof it actually works?

Yeah @iBobik, no testing at all.... Currently, I do not have that capacity. Eventually, I'd like to test this (for my own use), but I do not have the mental capacity to get into that right now....

If you'd like to test, contribute to what I've started or simply create something on your own, I am happy either way... :-)
