Description
This PR adds a panel for LED effects (julianschill/klipper_led-effect)
The panel will only show when the plugin is installed and effects are configured. Functionality is very basic. The buttons toggle the effects on and off and a button in the header deactivates all Effects. From the color the user can see which effects are currently active.
