Missing dll causes the game to crash on startup.

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Launch mod_episodic or mod_hl2 from sp/game/ after compiling all available binaries
2. Successfully crash the game
3. See error

Expected behavior

Discord RPC. disabled by default or a way to compile the required binary.
