MapView sometime doesn't load the map `(failed to connect to api.mapbox.com/64:ff9b::6c9d:ba (port 443))`

Some of our divers experience problems with the map not loading; It has been more than a week since this issue happened.

We received these logs

loading style failed: 
failed to connect to api.mapbox.com/64:ff9b::6c9d:ba (port 443) from /2a01:598:d836:8399:1:0:bde5:27a2 (port 42262) after 10000ms';

Failed to load tile
15/17078/10834=>15 for source composite: failed to connect to api.mapbox.com/108.157.0.186 (port 443) from /192.0.0.4 (port 55196) after 10000ms';

Android API: 11
Mapbox Navigation SDK version:1.6.2

Steps to trigger behavior

I don't have steps to reproduce the issue, but the drivers still experience the problem.

Actual behavior

Sometimes when starting the app or restarting it, the map is not loaded; it displays a white screen; please see the attached pictures.
Sometimes it will work for a few minutes If changing the internet connection between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
