Update localizations and stringsdicts from Transifex#8883

Pulled various translations from Transifex. Although Transifex supports the stringsdict format, it doesn’t allow translators to customize the format. This change splits out a separate “level” key for the same format string and moves any prefixes and suffixes into the “level” and “count” keys. For now, each localization has been updated manually, but future updates will come from Transifex.

@eimantas, FYI, “annotation” wound up being duplicated here. I don’t know how to decline “matomos” in these cases, so please feel free to fix them in Transifex and I’ll pull the updates into this PR.

This change formally puts the iOS SDK’s Localizable.stringsdict file under Transifex’s control. Although Transifex supports the stringsdict format, it doesn’t allow translators to customize the format. This change splits out a separate
levelkey for the same format string and moves any prefixes and suffixes into thelevelandcountkeys. For now, each localization has been updated manually, but future updates will come from Transifex.Along the way, various localizations have been updated on iOS and macOS, and a Swedish localization has been added to the Android SDK.
