In order for this to eventually happen we need to update the docs on /android-docs. I can't seem to find a ticket there, @cammace or @langsmith would you mind cutting one?

This PR deprecates using MyLocationView and recommends switching to the LocationLayer plugin instead. This will allow users to migrate to this newer API while we can remove integration in follow up releases.
Deprecation has been added to all public API methods and classes that can be considered part of the public API that have a direct relation to MyLocationView.
