Release 1.3.0

[zugaldia]

While we keep working on v2.0.0 (tracked here) we need to release an interim v1.3.0 version to be included with the next version of the Maps SDK.

New features

• RouteUtils class to simplify work with RouteLeg objects
• geojson-tidy integrated with Map Matching client
• Geocoding widget now supports the bbox parameter
• Added Turf's midpoint, along, and within methods
• Added an example to showcase Turf's lineslice
