Expose maneuvers swipe ahead behavior

Currently MapboxManeuversList UI component doesn't provide any behavior when clicking on an instruction item. We should expose a swipe ahead mode that displays for previewing future maneuvers, map zooms as swipe thru, takes you out of follow mode (maintain correct behavior when current maneuver updates while previewing), etc.

Some history on iOS: the traditional top banner came with the ability to swipe ahead from the outset. We removed the ability to swipe ahead in mapbox/mapbox-navigation-ios#785 in favor of a dropdown list, but we found in some studies that the list wasn’t very discoverable, so we restored the swipe-ahead behavior in mapbox/mapbox-navigation-ios#1772 for the traditional top banner. mapbox/mapbox-navigation-ios#2149 introduced an alternative guidance card UI that not only featured swipe-ahead but also had a look-and-feel that suggested swipability.
