Why Doesn't This Library Come With an Icon Component? #47

First off, this is an actual question, not a criticism. I appreciate you taking the time to make this library, but I was just curious ...
It seems to me it'd be easy to include a component that let's people do:
<icon name="face"/>
instead of:
<span class="material-symbols-outlined">face</span>
... but you haven't. Would such a component be harmful in some way, or have you just not thought to add it?
