Long term it might still be nice to make an edit to ChatMessage to separate the response text from how we might want to render it. But on the short term this PR is a nice improvement for sure!

This removes the automatic markdown rendering from the backend (
chat.py) and instead just renders the markdown on the fly in the frontend so theChatMessage.contentand stay clean in markdown and not be converted to HTML
