feat: add vscode-home-assistant

This adds the ability to install the Home Assistant Language Server as provided by the popular VS Code extension

  • Language server has been updated and maintained for 5+ years on GitHub
• The VS Code extension has >22k downloads through OpenVSX (https://open-vsx.org/extension/keesschollaart/vscode-home-assistant)

• If the package is available at nvim-lspconfig, I also added the respective name to neovim.lspconfig. (feat: home_assistant neovim/nvim-lspconfig#4248)

We might want to wait a moment until the lspconfig PR went through, since neovim.lspconfig with the respective lspconfig still missing might cause some trouble in some mason-support apps.
