Create script for that rewrites .scss imports to be relative to directory structure

Basically we cannot use the "@Material" syntax in the Sass imports for build systems that rely on directory structure, like blaze and bazel.

@lynnjepsen thanks for your effort but poorly that script doesn't work anymore mainly because scss-parser doesn't properly handle stuff like:

$mdc-theme-property-values: (
  // Primary
  primary: $mdc-theme-primary,
 ...

and instead produces:

$mdc-theme-property-values: (
   // Primaryprimary: $mdc-theme-primary,
   ...

and a more minor issue are these weird underscore files like mdc-animation/_functions.scss which are imported as @material/animation/functions (no underscore).

The structure this project defines is very much unusable for people who may not want to use any of the JavaScript part nor use webpack to build it.

RE scss-parser, we've unfortunately noticed this issue as well. I briefly investigated replacing it with gonzales-pe, but unfortunately that doesn't understand CSS custom properties which makes it a no-go, either.

RE the underscore-prefixed files, this is the standard naming pattern for partials in Sass. It's a supported language feature, so that shouldn't present any problems regardless of which Sass implementation you use.

It occurs to me that the issue this is open for was actually resolved a long time ago and was marked as completed in Pivotal, so I'm going to close it here as well. I will track the remaining issue RE the mangling of comments separately.

@kfranqueiro Thanks for pointing out that underscore import feature. sass-rs doesn't seem to support it yet though.
It's fine to close it.
