This pull request primarily adds documentation for using the TURN server built into Livekit.
It also adds updates to the readability of some of the variables that must be changed when setting up Matrix RTC using the guide, and suggests the use of
network_mode: "host"for livekit.Finally, it replaces the deprecated
LIVEKIT_JWT_PORTwith the newLIVEKIT_JWT_BIND. Sorry @Xerusion I couldn't work out how to build on top of your PR.
