Add some observations borne from troubleshooting the configuration of a new install - add notes about port forwarding and a clarifying note about serving .well-known.
I'm not sure if the port forwarding documentation section is the most necessary (as per my other PR).
I'm also not quite sure if it's clear that [global.well_known] is supposed to be uncommented in any previous section of the installation guide, but hopefully this clarifying note is of some use.
