GitHub notification quotes don't wrap the whole body

for some reason, this is quoted doubly. the intended quote is closed after the first block instead of continuing the level 1 quote. original comment:

but... that is far from the only issue in this list..? While you can observe the quote bug in most screenshots, each hline delimited section is another problem. I can split them if you'd prefer?
