"South Sudan Standard Time" timezone convert error

I get it when try to convert "TimeZoneInfo.GetSystemTimeZones()" with "TZConvert.WindowsToIana" method.
"South Sudan Standard Time" was not recognized as a valid Windows time zone ID.

Hi. Sorry I missed this one. That time zone was just recently added to Windows, and isn't yet in CLDR.

FWIW, It's only been introduced recently with the late March 2021 series of Windows cumulative updates. For example 20H2 build 19042.906 with KB5000842 release 2021-03-29.

I'll add it to this library with a temporary override, and will also submit the required change to CLDR.

FYI, It should map to "Africa/Juba".

Thank you, i change my flow with "TryWindowsToIana" for now it solve my problem, after your release i will update nuget package.
