This PR includes the creation of a new basic guide and an update to the associated module page
Part of openwebdocs/project#238
I will be creating a guide to talk about gap rules, and possibly one on controlling rules, but this niche guide seemed needed as there needed to be a deep dive into how the gaps behave in the different layout modes.
