More detail required for library function documentation

At the moment the readme only specifies the function calls supported by the library. Whilst there is an example app and driver, it would be helpful to have the function parameters explained with supporting function call examples and details of any exceptions that might be raised.

I think most of this is present in the readme for the app and driver but it would be better to have it at the top level. A good example of how I think this should be done is the lib-node-databox library.

Hi, i switched to new store - python support, but it seems it may take few more days. Therefore, I now focus on current store again.
